Sealed Quotations in two envelope systems are invited for “Providing Security Guards without arms (Skilled) for Lane Management at Madurai Airport, Airports Authority of India under DGR Sponsorship 2024-26” as per the terms and conditions stipulated hereunder as well as under DGR rates. 1) a) Name of Work: Providing Security Guards without arms (Skilled) for Lane Management at Madurai Airport, Airports Authority of India under DGR Sponsorship 2024-26 2) b) Place of Work: DGR Supervisors are required to perform their duty at All Terminal, Cityside ALL Areas of Airport Premises (Operational Area, All Terminals, Security Hold Areas, Cargo Area, ATC Tower etc.) 3) Scope of work: The scope of work includes City Side Lane Management, regulation of flow of vehicular traffic in the Kerbside lanes, approach road and parking spaces, control mechanism including imposition of fines, maintenance of passenger facilities in the lanes as conveyed by the Airport Director or his authorized representative and as per the shifts mentioned in the contract.Participating Agencies: Only three Agencies that are sponsored by the DGR reference letter No. 8304003/SA/AAI/2004/TN/8256/9594/8976/DRZS Dated: 23/04/2024 are eligible to participate in this quotation. The agency should be operational for Tamil Nadu state as per latest list published in DGR website. Agencies for which HIA is indicated in DGR website will not be considered. The name of three agencies sponsored by DCR are as below: 1. M/s 8256/PRADEEP KUMAR SECURITY AGENCY. 2. M/s 9594/L CHANDRA SEKHAR NAIDU SECURITY AGENCY. 3. M/s 8976/VINEETA JOHNSON SECURITY AGENCY.
