Operation And Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract Of Building Management Systems For A Period Of One Year And Extendable For One Year At Kpcl New Office Complex, Bangalore Which Cover The Operation And Maintenance Of The Entire Building Management System Which Includes Routine Servicing / Regular Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Of Equipment And Components And Break Down Repairs As And When Occurred, Ensuring The System Does Not Remain Out Of Service For A Period Of Not More Than Ten (10) Hrs. In Case Of Major Breakdown And One (1) Hr. In Case Of Minor Break Down Due To Any Unforeseen Break Down. All The Spares Shall Be Included In The Costing Of Comprehensive Amc.
