BOQ Item Description: Operation and maintenance of Addressable Fire Alarm and Detection System (FADS) (Make- Siemens) with all accessories units wiring viz like Alarm Panels, detectors, hooters, wiring, auto dialers, manual call points, beam detectors, response indicators etc. for terminal building ( NITB) all areas (as detailed in the inventory) by deploying qualified manpower as per Annexure-A including carrying out Preventive, periodical, break down maintenance etc., attending complaints, preparation of log books & records including provision of tools and Tackles, consumables and sundries on all days including Sunday and Holidays as per scope of works and activities as per, special condition of the contract and instructions of Engineer In Charge or his authorized representative from time to time etc. complete as required.
