Tender's Details
One-day high-level consultation on "Strengthening the care economy for gender equality and sustainable development" in New Delhi on February 26, 2024 (tentative) envisages launch and dissemination of the report, diving deep into care sector to identify gaps in areas such as laws and policies, skilldevelopment, certification systems and infrastructure, and investment needs to inform decision makers to take concrete action in promoting quality job generation in care sector.The consultation will have speakers from ILO, NITI Aayog and researcher from Institute for Human Development with approximately 100 participants. Further, approximately 25-30 will be outstation national special invitee participants (tentatively from Kerala, North-East, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu).The Event Management Agency (EMA) shall upon request and receipt of purchaseorders/contract from ILO, facilitate, organize and make all necessary arrangements for hosting the Event(s).
