Operation and comprehensive maintenance of the existing oxygen plant of capacity 15600 m3 per day @ 650 m3 per hour at RWF to supply the following uninterruptedly to the consuming points depending on the demand for a period of 5 years. 1. Oxygen gas 15600 m3 per day @ 650 m3 per hour at a line pressure of 12 Kg/cm2 with a minimum purity of 99%. 2. Nitrogen gas 4800 m3 per day @ 200 m3 per hour at a line pressure of 06 Kg/cm2 with a minimum purity of 98%. Schedule of Payment: The bidder, when quoting for Schedule I (Operation and comprehensive maintenance of Oxygen plant for 5 years) of the Schedule of work, must provide a lump sum amount for the operation and comprehensive maintenance of Oxygen plant for 5 years. The Schedule of Payment is outlined as follows: For the first year, the monthly payment will be 16.67% of the quoted value divided by 12. For the second year, the monthly payment will be 18.33% of the quoted value divided by 12. For the third year, the monthly payment will be 20% of the quoted value divided by 12. For the fourth year, the monthly payment will be 21.67% of the quoted value divided by 12. For the fifth year, the monthly payment will be 23.33% of the quoted value divided by 12.
