Polyester Staple Fibre Pillow for 2 nd & 3 rd AC coaches confirming to the specification described below: i) Size: 60 cms. X 36 cms. X 12 cms. (plus/minus 2%) ii) Filling material 100% White Virgin Hollow Siliconi zed Polyester Fibre of 7 Denier (Minimum) or Hollow Siliconized conjugated polyester fibre of 7 Denier (Minimum ) in the form of sheets. Identification of Fibre hollowness will be as per IS: 667 / 1981complying the following para meters: iii) Weight of pillow: 450 gms. (plus/minus 5%), iv) Pillow should be surrounded by white virgin hollow fibr e bonded sheet of 20 mm thickness (minimum) v) Covering cloth white should be plain weave containing 60-70 % Polyester Yarn and balance Cotton, cloth weight should be 100 g/m2 (minimum) vi) Pillow should be resistant t o normal wash, vii) Monogram: At the corner of the pillow the woven cloth monogram of size 7 cms. X 5 cms. is t o be stitched containing (a) SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY in Hindi and English, (b) Year and month of manufactu ring, (c) Name of the manufacturer and brand, (d) AC Service. viii) The firm shall disclose the source of Virgin Ho llow Fibre and submit certificate from manufacturer of virgin fibre with WTC for the virgin fibre at the time of sampl e submission and at time of inspection and supply to the inspecting agency. Firm should also submit undertaking that only virgin fibre is being used for manufacturing of Polyester Staple Fibre Pillow. [ Warranty Period: 30 Mont hs after the date of delivery ]
