Portable Safety frame for Traction Motor assembly and Run Test with 12 nos. of static frame and 2 nos of openable frame with 2 nos solid PU wheel sets for each frame as per following specifications: Dimension: Frame:- 1800 mm (W) x 1220 mm (H) Material grade IS:4923; square pipe:- 30 sq mm x 2 mm, Mesh:- 25 sq m m x 3 mm welded to the pipe of frame, Each frame shall be mounted on 2 nos of 3 inch dia cast iron wheels. Fra me to be fixed by clamps having round hole suitable for 10 mm bolts & nuts and joined To form as a cubicle. One coat of primer and two coats of Powder coated enamel painting to be applied on frame. Note: Fitment to be done on site by firm as per location requirement.
