BOQ Item Description: Pre prefabricated Steel door D2 for Amn Bay confirming to IS 1038 of 1938 of size 1500mm x1800mm. The door chowkhat frame made angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with 03 Nos holdfasts 150mm long each side of angle 35x35x5mm and shutter outer frame made of angle 35 x 35 x 5 mm covered with 2mm thick black carbon sheet welded and riveted on shutter frame work. Bracing 02 Nos x 1.22m long MS flat 50x6mm at braces in middle and 02 Nos diagonal bracing support to be provided made of MS FI 50x6mm at top bottom door panels. 3 Nos 150mm butt hinges 2 Nos MS tower bolt 200mm long 01 at Top and 01 at bottom of shutter 2 Nos MS bow handle 125mm long two No MS sliding bolt 300mm long of 20mm dia plain round bar including all requisite iron mongery fittings with steel door. Applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint OG over one coat of red oxide primer before supply of door complete.
