Note: [i] firm participating in the subject tender has to submit its offered ordering code longwith Technical literature of offered item/offered ordering code. [ii] Firms should submit he sample ( 4 nos. sample) of its offered product along with the tender for acceptability at tender stage. Moreover, the firm should clearly mark its brand and ordering Code on the product also for better tracebility .samples duly signed and sealed in envelop with tender no. and tender closing date super scribed on it. The samples must be received physically in the office of PCMM PLW patiala-147003 on or before oping date. The offers received without the samples within the time specified above, will be treated as incomplete and will be summarily rejected. Note: shelf life: one year from the date of manufacturing or 9 months from the date of supply whichever is later. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
