Tender Are Invited Providing And Fixing Vitrified Tiles / Rectified Digital Finish Tiles Of Size 600 Mm X 1200 Mm Of Approximately 10 Mm Normal Thickness Of Approved Make (M/S Johnson Make, M/S Kajaria, RAK Or Approved Equivalent) And Shade Laid In Floor, Skirting & Boarder With Minimum 20 Mm Thick Or More As Per Site Requirement Bed Mortar In CM 1:4 (1 Grey Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) And Cement Slurry Paste In Backing Of Tiles Laid In Proper Line . The Tiles Shall Be Fixed With PVC Spacers 3 Mm Thick Including Grouting Of The Joints By Using Epoxy Grout Of M/S Ardex Endura (India) Pvt. Ltd. Or Approved Equivalent Make In Desired Shades Of The Grouts Matching With Colour Of Tiles, Cleaning, Curing, Maintaining Proper Line & Level Etc. All Complete As Directed By Bank's Engineer. (Measurements Shall Be Taken For Finished Flooring From In To In Of Skirting For Payment).Basic Rate Of Tiles Shall Be Rs. 970/- Per Sqm Inclusive Of All Taxes Ex-Godown Qty:-265.00 SQM At Guwahati
