Provision of INSITU glued joints (52/60kg) in connection with replacement of defective glued joints/block joints in the section of Assistant Engineer/Sealdah under the jurisdiction of Senior Divisional Engineer/1/Sealdah.
Fabrication of INSITU Glued Insulated joints for 52kg/60kg. Rail to RDSO drawing no. T/5361 and conforming to manual for glued insulated rail joints 1998, issued by Ministry of Railways RDSO/LKF and in accordance with the process sheet of E.Rly. Plant Depot/MGS, dt: 04.11.98, supply of all fittings and accessories as such: a) 950mm long fish plate or as per RDSO drawing. b) H-T-S bolts & nuts. c) Punched washers. d) Insulating channel. e) 10 mm thick end post. f) Araldite. g) Hardener. h) Insulating bushes. i) Glass cloth carrier and all other materials and fixtures for cleaning and assembling excluding rail. (Work has to execute by RDSO approved firm). Special condition: 1. No break up in rates will be accepted. 2. General condition of contract & standard specification/2018 will be binding of contract. 3. Goods and Service Tax Registration shall be submitted. 4. 950 mm long fish plate and HTS bolts should be got inspected by RITES before supply and fixing in track. 5. Only the firm having RDSO's approval in manufacturing glued insulated joints can participate in this tender. 6. Tenderer(s) have to submit certificate regarding "Approved of firms by RDSO for Manufacturing and fabrication of INSITU glued joints".
