Distressing of LWR/CWR track with/without rail tensors all contractors labour, tools and plants as per direction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative at site. This includes opening of pendrol clips/keys including jammed clip/keys, if any, removing ballast from top and rail seat for free movement of rail opening level crossing, cutting of rail etc. as required (payment for cutting will be made separately), replacement of worn out fittings, greasing of pendrol clips and sleeper insert with contractors grease of IS:408 Make "O" after cleaning the clip and the insert supporting the LWR/CWR rail on pipe rollers (of 1" to 2" dia of different strength and to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost), hammering the rail with wooden hammer to release any locked up stresses, re-fixing the rail with sleepers and all fittings complete from center of panels towards both ends (supply of fitting will be arranged by the Railway). Adjustment of gap at SEJ, cutting of extra rails, inserting of cut rails of required sizes, re-fixing of creep anchors, checkrails, closing the level crossing etc. The work also includes fixing of the reference posts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative at site 8 NS 380.00 Per Day Per Set 1485.47 564478.60 AT Par 564478.60
