Dear Sir, We invite quotation for Rate Contract for Supply of LIR Assembly for Next Two Years. Kindly submit your lowest quotation in the sealed cover mentioning the enquiry no. & due date subject to our terms and conditions as given in the Manual Enquiry document. Please note that Reverse Auction is not applicable for the subject tender. Please submit the prices of applicable Instruments( required for LIRs mentioned in enquiry documents) along with the enquiry price bid, however instruments prices will not be considered for the tender evaluation (detailed clause is mentioned in enquiry documents). Customer approved vendor list is applicable for the tender. Offers received through open tender will be evaluated and the technically suitable vendors shall be taken up with customer for their acceptance. The price bids of those vendors, who are approved/accepted by customer shall be opened & the price bids of those vendors, who are not approved/accepted by customer shall not be opened. In case of any clarification required, please take clarification before technical bid opening. Tender due date: 07.06.2024. This is two part bid enquiry.
