RC filter consist of 1 Ohm, 6/10W resistor connected in series with parallel connected 1.5 MFD, 85 0/1000V range capacitors(EPCOS/VISHAY or equivalent make capacitor with prior approval of RDSO) in each a rm of star connected to be provided between phase and neutral and phase and earth of each secondary winding of 9/15 kVA transformer.The RC filter shall be of M/S Siemens/M/S Medha or any other equivalent make .as per Specification no. EDTS -355, Rev-1, Am-3. The mounting arrangement of RC filter shall be as per sheet 2of2 of R DSo drg.no. RDSO/PE/SK/AC/0188-2015, Rev.0 and RDSO drg. No. RDSO/PE/SK/AC/0197-2016, Rev-0.
