Fabrication of INSITU glued insulated joints for 52Kg./60Kg. Rail to RDSO Drg. No.T/5361 during day/night and conforming to the manual for glued insulated rail joint 1998 issued by Ministry of Railways, RDSO/Lucknow and in accordance with the process sheet of Eastern Railway, Plant Depot/Mughalsarai at 4.11.98 with supply of all fittings and accessories such as - [a] 950mm long fish plate or as per RDSO drawing [b] HTS Bolts and Nuts [c] Purchased washers [d] Insulating Bushes [e] Insulating channels [f] 10mm thick end post [g] Araldite [h] Hardener [i] Glass cloth carrier with all materials & fixtures for cleaning and assembling excluding rail. [Work has to be execute by RDSO approved firm] Note - 950 mm long fish plates and HTS bolts should be got inspected by RITES before supply and fixing in track. Special Conditions - 1. The work is to be completed within (12) twelve months from the date of issue of letter of acceptance. 2. No break up in rates will be accepted. 3. Indian Railways General condition of contract and standard specification 2020 will be binding on the contract. 4. Current Goods and Service Tax registration is to be submitted. 5. 950mm long F/plates and HTS bolts should be got inspected by RITES before supply and fixing in track. 6. Only the firms having RDSO approval in manufacturing glued insulated joints can participate in this tender. 7. Tenderer[s] have to submit certificate regarding Approved firms under RDSO for Manufacturing and fabrication of glued joints as per RDSO drawing No.T-5361/T-5843.
