Design, fabrication & Supply of LT indoor floor mounted panel board (IP:54) i.e. Incoming side consisting of 2x1600A, 4P ACB, 50KA MDO type, microprocessor release with LCD display, short circuit, over current, earth fault relays, mechanical interlock and Bus-coupler of 1x1600A, 4P ACB, 50KA MDO type, microprocessor release with LCD display, short circuit, over current, earth fault relays with incoming side 2 sets of LED type indication lamp (RYB), 2Nos. 3Ph Digital Voltmeter 0-500V, 2Nos. 3Ph Digital Ammeter 0-1600A, 6Nos. MCB-6A, 2Nos. 3phase 4wire Smart Multifunction meter with 1600/5A CTs, 2000A capacity EC grade aluminium bus-bar, all ACBs (Icu=Ics=50KA) and Outgoing side consisting of 630A capacity EC grade aluminium bus-bar with 4x400A MCCB 4P (Icu=Ics=36KA) with multifunction meter with 400/5A CTs, 4x250A MCCB 4P (Icu=Ics=36KA) with multifunction meter 250/5A CTs. All MCCBs shall be thermal magentic release provided with spreader link and rotary handle. The panel board shall be fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel powder coated with siemens grey, FRP coated etc. as per detailed specification. The panel board shall have required provisions for future installation of 2x200A MCCBs on outgoing side.
