Tender's Details

Fixing wiring testing and adjustment of point machines as per standard practice. It also includes. (i) Fixing, wiring, testing & extension 'P' bracket, providing insulation for switch extension bracket, fixing ground connections, adjusting the correct opening of switches and adjusting the point machine with crank handle. (ii) Wiring inside the point machine, erection & wiring of JB with lock & key as per drawing, provided with terminal strips (iii) Supply & fixing of GI pipes with flange for taking cable into point machine and junction box through pipe. (iv) complete material for installation, viz point insulation material, junction box, GI pipes, wiring materials, various fixing nuts and blolts and angle iron 75*75*10mm and insulation for strecher bar 90R/52/60 Kg as per RDSO drawing No. SA-23172(Adv) Alt.1 will be supplied by contractor.(v) smithy & fitting works required at site for complete installation insulation of gauge tie plate and providing insulation for GTP as per Drg.No.NR/S&T/CON/7.6/97 and williams stretcher bar will be done by, contractor Machine will be overhauled by contractor if required.(vi) Fixing of switch extension/D/P bracket, providing insulation for switch extension bracket fixing ground connection, adjusting the correct opening of switches and adjusting the point machine with crank handle.(vii) Renewal of point, this includes shifting of FPL and split streture bar detector, adjusting cranks etc. all smithy work, materials like bolt nuts coal, black oil etc supply by contractor. 02 02 2000.00 Metre 357.63 715260.00 AT Par 715260.00
