BOQ Item Description: The product comes with an overall SEAT SIZE 47.0 cm. Wx51.5 cm. D BACK SIZE 45.0 cm. Wx65.3 cm. H SEAT or BACK ASSEMBLY The seat is made up of 1.2 plus 0 1cm thk. hot pressed plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP QLTA PL14 18. The Back is made up of injection mould d glass filled nylon and upholstered using Quitted Leatherette fabric. SEAT SIZE Larger Seat Depth 47.0 cm W x 51 5 cm D BACK SIZE 45.0 cm. Wx65.3 cm. H HIGH RESILIENCE HR POLYURETHANE FOAM The HR polyurethane seat foam is moulded with density 45 2 kg m degree and hardness 16 plus 2 kgf as per IS7888 for 25 percent compression ARMRESTS The adjustable armrest is designed with the following features Up Down adjustment 8 steps 8.0plus0.5cm range Ht adjustable armrest structure which is Chrome plated and fitted with an armrest top. Fixed Armrest Top is PU moulded over metal insert. LUMBAR SUPPORT ASSEMBLY The Lumbar support consists of polypropylene pad with moulded polyurethane foam and covered with polyester fabric. The Ht of Lumbar pad can be adjusted through two projecting knobs provided on the rear side of the pad. Lumbar pad has an adjustment of 8.0 plus 0.5 cm in height FRONT PIVOT SYNCHRO MECHANISM The adjustable tilting mechanism is designed with the following features. 360 degree revolving type. Single point control. Front pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground ensuring more comfort. Tilt tension adjustment 4 position locking with anti shocK feature. Seat or back tilting ratio of 1.2 Pneumatic Ht Adjustment The pneumatic ht adjustment has adjustment stroke of 10.0 plus 0.3 PEDESTAL ASSEMBLY The pedestal is fabricated from 0.2 plus 0.02 cm thk HR sheet chrome plated and assembled with injection moulded black polypropylene hub cap and 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 66.0 plus 0 Scm. Pitch center dia. 76.0 plus 1.0 cm with castors. TWIN WHEEL CASTORS The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in black Nylon as per proposed layout enclosed as per scope of work.
