Scope of work 1. To empty NDCT Pond by dewatering, mud removal and cleaning shall be done with brushes, water jet and manually. The mud so removed shall be shifted at a location indicated by the Engineer In-charge. 2. Cleaning shall be done in all the internal structure of NDCT Pond, Hot water duct, inlet outlet pipeline of CW system etc. 3. Any other work which is not mentioned above scope but if found necessary for the successful completion of above job shall be in the scope of contractor. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1) All tools, tackles & consumables required for execution of job shall be arranged by the contractor. 2) All the men & materials including rubber hose pipes shall be arranged by the contractor. The Diesel pump for the disposal of mud & dewatering purpose shall be arranged by the contractor. 3) The contractor will strictly follow the directive issued by labour deptt. Govt. of C.G. time to time. 4) The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of his workers and safety appliances will be provided by the contractor to them. 5) Completion Period: At the time of unit AOH work shall be completed within 4-5 days including weekly off after handing over the site. 6) After completion of each job, a joint inspection will be carried out by the Engineer In-charge, Operation Executive Engineer and Chief/Sr. Chemist. 7) Any mishap/accidents occurs due to non compliance of safety rules and regulations as laid down by Govt., all the compensation & penalty shall be born by...
