Scope of Work: 1. Fabrication of Shed over ID Fan-A&B Fan Bearing (Driving End and Non-Driving End) of 1X500MW, HTPS, Korba West. 2. Fabrication of Staircase from a height of 6M to connect both ID Fans. The staircase will not touch the ID Fan Floor to avoid any transfer of abnormality between both structures. 3. The scaffolding material is to be shifted to the site and erection of scaffolding starting from ground floor to the required height shall be in contractor scope. The structure shall be robust. 4. Any type of vehicle and manpower required in shifting of steel for fabrication of Shed & Staircase in ID Fan-A&B from O&M store/Site Store/scrapyard to work site shall be in contractor scope. 5. Consumable items like welding electrode (7018), Cutting gas (DA & Oxygen), etc. shall be in contractor scope. 6. T&P like welding machines, Gas cutting sets, chain pulley block/winch machine, etc. shall be in contractor scope. Test certificate of welding machine should be submitted for Electrical supply of welding machine and also submit the test certificate of chain pulley block/winch machine. 7. Housekeeping and scrap materials are to be shifted back to the steel yard, shall be in contractor-s scope. 8. The Contractor must deploy sufficient manpower to execute the job within the stipulated time period. 9.
