SCOPE OF WORK 1) The work has to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge/ Site-in-Charge at 2X500MW, ABVTP, Marwa. 2) All the essential arrangement to complete the work shall be in contractor scope. Further, all the materials i.e. cable tray and its support structure as per sample and its fastening bolts, welding electrode, industrial gas, paints/ painting work, tools & tackles etc shall be in scope of contractor. 3) Supply of all material and consumables and erection work along with all the manpower required for erection shall be in the scope of the contractor. 4) All the material required for the job shall be of approved make. The contractor shall ensure to get the material approved by the EIC before the start of the work. 5) Contractor should take proper care during welding so that no spark/metal piece should fall on floor. 6) During work, proper care should be taken to avoid any damage to existing structure or any part of the motor. 7) The contractor must deploy sufficient men power to execute job in stipulated time period as mentioned in work permit, otherwise a penalty as per board-s rules will be deducted from contractor-s bill/security deposit. 8) The everyday work shall be carried out only after prior intimation to Engineer In Charge/Site in Charge.
