Way materials, proposed laying and linking of BG track, assembling and insertion of points & crossings, supplying leading and dumping of stone ballast, welding of rails, fabrication and insertion of 60 Kg glued insulated rail joints and execution of miscellaneous works from Km.542.00 to km.568.00 at Errupalem, Gangineni and Cheruvumadhavaram stations. Provision of loop lines, Extensions of Bridges and Misc. works in connection with Phase-2 works in CVV, GNN & YP yards and their approaches. Provision of PF shelters, Extension and provision of platforms, Approach roads, Track machine rest rooms at sidings, SSP Buildings and Misc. works in connection with works in CVV, GNN & YP yards and their approaches
Mechanical manufacturing of blanketing material by using only hard and durable stone crushed in mechanical crusher to different gradations, wet mixing of the same in designed proportion in Pug mill or wet mix plant to have uniform gradation including all incidental transportation, laying over finished formation in uniform layer(s) with motor grader, compaction with suitable vibratory roller to specified density and finishing to correct profile, complete as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/2020/GE: IRS-0004 with latest correction slips. Note: This item shall be used only when entire constituent of blanketing material is mechanically manufactured by crushing of hard and durable stone into desired gradation of designed proportion.
