Silicon Valve 100 grams tube Packing grease, Molykote 55 of M/s. Dupont make or its similar to M/s. Dow corning as per the parameters given below. 1) Appearance requirement : Water white. 2) Temperature range requirement : +40 deg. C to + 260 deg. C. 3) Worked penetration requirement : 300 to 320 0.1mm AT 25 deg. C 4) Density at +27deg. C requirement : 0.90 - 0.98 g/cc. 5) Water resistance test requirement : 0 - 90 DIN 51807. 6) Drop point requirement : +250 deg. C. 7) Base requirement : Silicon oil, inorganic thickener. 8) Base oil viscousity at +25degee C requirement : 12500 CST. 3 P. Note: 1) Each packet contains 100 grams tube of grease. 2) Minimum one year shelf life should be available from the date of supply of the material. 3) Firm must mention the specific make of the offered material while participating in the tender, otherwise such offers are liable for rejection. 4) One sample should be got approved before effecting bulk supply.
