Bracket shall consist of one sleeve suitable for mounting over the pole top and tightening using fasteners suitable for installation. On the sleeve suitable arm to be provided such that the light fitting can be mounted at 10 to 15 Degrees to the horizontal level
and horizontal distance of the arm edge from center of sleeve is 1 to 1.5 Meters.
