SITC of 8 passenger 544 Kgs capacity microprocessor controlled A. C. variable voltage and variable frequency, gearless, Through Type Opening Lift TTC, 180 Degree Opening of standard design conforming to the latest Lift Act, relevant I. S., safety standards and modern lift practice having contract speed of 1 ms with a total travel of about 12 Mts. approx. serving from Ground floor to the Top floor i.e. with 4 stops and 4 landings. The lift shall be operated on DUPLEX SELECTIVE COLLECTIVE, microprocessor based single AUTOMATIC LUMINOUS PUSH BUTTON compatible to braille language having CONTROL, with or without attendant and the lift shall be designed to operate on 3ph, 415 volts 50Hz AC Supply. The car and landing doors should be power operated, Centre bi parting telescopic opening, horizontal sliding stainless steel scratch proof moon rock finish, The landing door and car door shall be mechanically connected so as to open or close simultaneously. The equipment shall be installed in the machine room directly above lift shaft Machine room less Lift are also acceptable and any modification required for installation of Machine room less lift will be done by the tenderer without any cost. as per Item No. 1 of SH I SECTION 9 PART B of Financial Schedule Of Work.
