BOQ Item Description: Supply of multi cylinder water cooled electric start Ready to Use directly coupled type DEA set confirming to CPCB IV norms in an acoustic enclosure along with AMF control panel capable of generating three phase, 415 V, 50 HZ, full load capacity of 160KVA 128 KW at site conditions with diesel engine of mini. 200 BHP at 1500 RPM compl. with all accessories as required as per attached specifications and consisting of the follow.
Diesel Engine 4 stroke, electric start of minimum 200 BHP at 1500 RPM suit. for below mention output of alternator and conf. to BS 5514, IS 3046 I, BS 6491, IS 10000. capable of taking 10 percent over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation.The engine will be fitted complete with all the reqd. accessories.

d. Starting System 12 V DC starting system consisting of Self starter with 02 number suitable batteries leads or as provided by OEM, Battery charging alternator
e. Exhaust System of suitable capacity as per ISO 22241
f. Alternator 3 Phase Synchronous alternator rated at 160 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply
g. Base Frame Both the engine and alternator shall be directly coupled mounted on suitable base frame
h. Fuel Tank Daily service fuel tank with 385 Ltr. Capacity complete as per specifications
