Mode of submission of Quotation:A) Envelope- A (Eligibility Criteria): The following documents, duly signed, are to be submitted. Non-submission of any one of these may be treated as non-eligible for further participating in the Financial Bid.1. Acceptance letter (ANNEXURE-I).2. Copy of GST Registration Certificate.3. Copy of PAN card.4. Signed and sealed Annexure-III B) Envelope- B (Financial Bid): Suppliers should quote their Rates using Annexure-II attached with this NIQ with their seal and signature. Rates are to be quoted in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy found in rates in word/figures and amount, the matter shall be dealt as per AAI standard Tendering Guidelines.c) Sample: Sample of Blowpipes and Thermal paper Rolls (minimum one piece each) for breath analyzer machines shall be forwarded at same address separately or inside the master envelope.  Scope of work :-         Bidders may visit O/o GM(ATM), Kolkata to assess the suitability of Blowpipes and Thermal paper Rolls for breath analyzer machines.          The successful bidder shall supply exact same items which will be forwarded as sample with quotation.Time allowed to complete the work:  The successful bidder will have to deliver the items as mentioned in items of quantity to mentioned address within one month from the date of issue of work order.Lowest Bidder: The lowest bidder will be decided and will be awarded on the basis of quoted GrossTotal Amount.Rates: The rate to be quoted including all cost. The rates once quoted shall be final. No escalation or deviation shall be accepted under any circumstances. Rate has to be quoted excluding GST. Applicable GST shall be mentioned separately in the Financial Bid as per Annexure II.Payment: Upon completion of work, payment will be released against the bills & Invoice in Duplicate.
