Supply, erection installation and commissioning of anodized enclosure of DG set control panel with doors, windows and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate sections and other sec tions of size 2 inch x 1.5 inch x 16 ft, make-ALCO/similar conforming to IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of re quired diameter and size, including necessary fitting & filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ Neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight and join ted mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, stainless steel screws all complete as per requirements. For fixed portion, anodized Aluminium of minimum anodic coating of grade AC15 will be used. For shutters/doors, windows providing and fixing hinges/pivots with EPDM rubber wh erever required. Providing and fixing of 4 mm transparent glass with cleat angle and EPDM rubbers. Providing an d fixing of Aluminium extruded section body tubular type hydraulic door closer. Providing and fixing of 3.5 mm AC P sheets with EPDM rubber and cleat angle as per requirements. Providing and fixing of Aluminium handles with necessary screws etc. Providing and fixing of locking arrangements. Providing and fixing of surface ceiling lights 10 watts- 06 nos polycarbonate, lumen/watt/=100 lm/watt as requirements in ceiling overall size of panel enclos ure 22 ft(L) x 15 ft(W)x 12 ft(H) make - ALCO or similar.
