BOQ Item Description: Supply Fabrication welding of SORF 150 class GI 10 inches GI SORF FLANGE Vendor to quote the rates for Supply Fabrication welding of SORF150 class GI on the pipelines or fittings using approved make or size of welding electrode confirming to IS 814, with three or more runs of weld on the outside or inside as required including cutting and bevelling ends as necessary or cleaning of internal or external surfaces where welding is to be done and grinding of welds etc. as directed. Clearance at various stages after site inspection is included in the above scope. Scope of work shall be for supply and welding of 150 class GI Flanges. Payment shall be made on the INCH DIA of the flange to be welded Flanges shall conform to ASME or ANSI B 16.5. In addition to job Supply, Fabrication, welding of SORF150 class GI, the job of Making flanged joints including supplying and fixing 3mm thick compressed asbestos fibre gasket conforming to IS 2712 hitensile bolts & nuts and double-washers and greasing etc is included in the scope of vendor. No additional price for gasket nuts bolts etc will be paid by BPCL in accordance to job scope document
