Tenders are invited for Supply of 710, 405 Nos. Of Geo-Bags Type-C and 11, 366, 480 M of Sewing Thread at Dibrugarh District (at Dtp Dyke at Dibrugarh Town Area), Assam, India Bid Security: 4800000/-. For bid submission: • It is mandatory for the Bidders to register their firm with e-procurement portal of National Informatics Centre, India (NIC) to have a user ID and password. Any Bidder not having the user ID and password/digitally signed certificate (DSC) may obtain them from NIC on payment of requisite fees. • Bids must be submitted online on the e-procurement portal www.assamtenders.gov.in starting from 10:00 hours on 9 April, 2024 and no later than 12 April 2024 at 16:00 hours (IST). Technical bid shall be opened publicly online at 16:15 hours on the deadline for submission of bids in the office of the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, 5 th Floor, Assam Water Centre, Kundil Nagar, Basistha, Guwahati in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. The “Price Bid” shall remain unopened in the e-procurement system until the public bid opening for the price bid. Any bid or modifications to bid (including discount) received outside the e-procurement system will not be considered • All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the Bidding Document and shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid. 7. A pre-bid meeting shall take place as per the details below. There will also be online (virtual) pre-bid meeting on the same date and at the same time. Bidders interested to attend virtual pre-bid meeting should inform to the Purchaser through e-mail to: adbwrd1@gmail.com. Such interested bidders should convey their details including name of Bidder, phone number and e-mail address to connect them at least 24 hours before the date and time specified for pre-bid meeting.
