Tenders are invited for Supply of Geo-bags Type-C and Sewing Thread for Dibrugarh and Tinsukia Subproject at Dibrugarh and Tinsukia Districts, Assam, India - Lot 2. It is mandatory for the Bidders to register their firm with e-procurement portal of National Informatics Centre, India (NIC) to have a user ID and password. Any bidder not having the user ID and password/digitally signed certificate (DSC) may obtain them from NIC on payment of requisite fees. • Bids must be submitted online on the e-procurement portal www.assamtenders.gov.in starting from 10:00 hours on 08 March 2024 and no later than 12 March 2024 at 16:00 hours (IST). Technical bid shall be opened publicly online at 16:15 hours on the deadline for submission of bids in the office of the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, 5th Floor, Assam Water Centre, Kundil Nagar, Basistha, Guwahati in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. The “Price Bid” shall remain unopened in the e-procurement system until the public bid opening for the price bid. Any bid or modifications to bid (including discount) received outside the eprocurement system will not be considered. • All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the Bidding Document and shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid. In case there is a public holiday in Guwahati on the day of opening of bid, activities assigned on that date shall be carried out on the next working day
