Supply, Installation and Commissioning of dry type capacitors, as per CLW specification No.CLW/ES/ 3/0087 Alt D and Annexure-A in Harmonic filter cubicles of 3 Phase WAG9 / WAP7 Locomotives. Note 1: Technical parameters of specification of CLW/ES/3/0087 Alt 'D' will be superseded by the Technical parameters of capacitor as of Annexure-A, wherever applicable. Note:2 :Consignee: ELS/LGD Shall plan, nominate and offer the locomotives for installation and commissioning of harmonic filter capacitors to the firm. ELS/LGD shall remove one or more cubicles from the locomotive and handover to the firm. After the installation of capacitors in the cubicle, it shall be fitted in the locomotive
