SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HYDRAULIC PIPE BENDING MACHINE AS PER FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION:- Machine should be capable to bend round MS/GI & SS pipe of 10 to 50 mm diameter. Motor capacity: 211P/415V/3 Phase/50 Hz and 1440 rpm. Bending pressure up to 10 Ton. Tank capacity 30 Lts. Working pressure (Approx.) 300 Kg/cm2. Machine to be supplied with 1 set of seal kit, Foot switch, Limit switch, stand and stopper. with 10-meter power supply electric cable. Make/Brand: Hydro bend/ Vankos /Premier/Surmangalam/Soliman or similar. Die set of steel casting as per details given below. a) 10 mm OD with maximum 3 mm thickness - 02 Nos. b) 1/2" OD with maximum 3 mm thickness - 02 Nos. c) 18 mm OD with maximum 3 mm thickness-02 Nos. d) 3/4"OD with maximum 3 mm thickness - 02 Nos. e) 22 mm OD with maximum 3 mm thickness-02 Nos. f) ) 1" OD with maximum 3 mm thickness - 02 Nos. g) 28 mm OD with maximum 3 mm thickness - 02 Nos. h) 33 mm OD with maximum 3 mm thickness - 02 Nos. i) 25 mm OD with maximum 3 mm thickness-02 Nos. Installation and commissioning, Free training to be given after the installation and commissioning. Joint commissioning of material should be done within the month after receipt of the material. Additional components, if required at the time of commissioning shall be borne by the supplier. Minor Alterations, if required by the consignee shall be borne by supplier. At least 2 sets of operation and maintenance manual shall be provided. Warranty: The equipment shall have warranty of two years for any manufacturing defects for all electrical and mechanical parts provided in it from the date of commissioning. During warranty period the supplier shall rectify/replace the defective parts free of cost.
