1Scope Of Work Covers Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of 3D Level Scanner Type Bunker Raw Coal Level Measurement System For Rtps-Unit -5&6.2.Materials Supply Shall Be Completed In All Respect Within The Stipulated Period As Per The Contract. Materials Shall Be Delivered To Rtps Site Through Ee(Stores)O&M. Unloading Of Materials At Rtps Site Location And Shifting Of The Same To Work Location Is Under The Ontractor/Agency Scope Only.3.The Installation And Commissioning Of All The Supplied Materials And Ensuring Satisfactory Performance Of The Commissioned System At Rtps Site Shall Be On The Basis Of Single Point Responsibility, Completely Covering The Activities And Services In Respect Of All The Equipment And Works Specified And Covered Under The Specifications.4.Handling, Shifting, Unpacking And Erection And Commissioning Of The Entire System Shall Be Under The Scope Of Bidder Itself.5.All Required Consumables, Hardware And Software, Accessories And Any Other Materials Which Are Not Included In The Scope And Required For Successful Installation And Commissioning Of The 3D Type Level Scanners Are Under The Contractor/Agency Itself.6.All The Materials Required For The Installation And Commissioning Of 3D Level Scanner Type Bunker Raw Coal Level Measurement System For Rtps-Unit -5&6 Shall Be Made As Detailed Under The Technical Specifications.7.Interfacing Of All The Bunker Level Transmitters Outputs To The Desktop Pcs At U-5&6 Control Rooms Through Rs - 485 Communication Protocol.(The Required 1 Pair X 1 Sq.Mm Shielded Armored Cables As Per Requirements Shall Be Supplied).8.Additional 12 Nos. Dual Signal Distributors With 4-20 Ma Outputs Shall Be Supplied For Connecting Bunker Level Transmitter Signals To Dcs And To Respective Chp Control Rooms Along With 12 Nos Digital Indicators Shall Be Supplied.Laying Of Rs-485 Cables And Signal Cables From Bunker Level Floors To Unit Control Rooms Shall Be Under The Scope Of Contractor/Agency Itself. (The Required Signal Cables For Connecting Bunker Level Signals To Dcs Will Be Arranged By Kpcl Itself). 10. Commissioning Of Supplied Desktop Pcs At Unit-5&6 Control Rooms For Monitoring 3D Multi Vision Scanners Output Coal Bunker Levels Data With 3D Images At Respective Control Rooms.11.Loading Of All The Required Software To The Desktop Pc For 3D Multi Vision Images.12.Connecting Of 4-20Ma Output & 24V Control Cables From Bunker Level Transmitters To The Local Indicator Panels & To The Existing Dcs System At U-5&6 Control Rooms. 13.All The Bunker Level Measurements System Parameters Shall Be Made Available In Sql Database In The Supplied Pcs And Also Provision Shall Be Made For Future Use In Oracle Based Software/Mobile App And Also Through Lan. The Agency Shall Demonstrate The Same.14.Providing Engineering Drawings, Data, Operation & Maintenance/Instruction Manuals, As Built Drawings And Other Information Shall Be Provided Before Handing Over Of The Systems And Equipment.15.Warranty-All The Transmitters Including Cabling And Other Equipment Covers Under Supply Portion Shall Cover A Warranty For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Commissioning Or 18 Months From The Date Of Supply. Any Faulty Items/Spares Observed During This Period Shall Be Replaced At Free Of Cost.
