Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Shell and Tube type Heat Exchanger for 12.5M VA AREVA make transformers located at Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) Transformer room. Required Specification: Capacity - 250KW, Type - Single Tube/wall, Mounting - Horizontal, Tube Material - Cu Ni 90 10, Other MOC - CS of IS 2062, Design Pressure (Kg/Cm2) Shell/Tube - 5/5, Test Pressure (Kg/Cm2) Shell/Tube - 7.5/7.5, Design Te mperature Degree Celsius Shell/Tube - 100/100, Oil Flow - 800 LPM, Water Flow - 600 LPM of THERMO ENGI NEERS PRIVATE LIMITED make or equivalent in all respects. NOTE: - (1) Two coat epoxy paint will be applied on outer shell. (2) Supplied heat-exchanger should be 1:1 replacement of existing heat-exchanger. So, no modific ation should be required in the existing system for the installation of the supplied heat-exchanger. However, if any minor changes are required in existing foundation and flange fitment during installation it will be under firm's scop e. (3) The Drawing attached is for GENERAL GUIDANCE only. Manufacturer/Supplier should study the site con ditions before supply for the fitment and efficient working of the product. RWP approved drawing number RWP/M MS/ELEC./01 attached for reference. 4) All additional Parameters which are not mentioned in description or in att ached drawing should be as per IS 6088:1988 standards or latest.
