The scope of supply shall include design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and proving of Spray paint booth with baking oven for Railway passenger coach on turnkey basis. Leading parameters of the machine shall confirm to para 2.2 of section IV of attached specification with this tender and it also includes cost of Preventive Maintenance during 1st&2nd year of Warranty Period, which will be inclusive of all spares, material and labour cost All maintenance consumables like lubricants and grease except hydraulic oil / plant coolants shall form part of the scope of the preventive maintenance during the warranty period as per attached Specification appended with this tender. It also includes all the concomitant accessories as detailed in para 4.2 of section IV of specification appended with this tender. It shall also include installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. Plant operation for a period of six months from the date of commissiong is also included as per para 1.2.1.1.10 of section V of Specification(Annexure)
