Supply of loco log book for three phase electric locomotive as per the following details. 1) cover pa ge Bi colour and duly laminated [Annexure-1]. (2) 1st leave black colour single side [Annexure-2]. (3) 2nd leave bl ack colour [Annexure-3] front side and [Annexure-4] back side . (4) 3rd leave black colour [annexure-5 and back] both sides . [5] 4th leave black colour [annexure-6 and back] both sides . [6] 5th leave black colour [Annexure-7 a nd back] both sides . (7) 6th to 9th leaves -- Engine Fitness Certificate (4 leaves single side) . [8] 10th leave [An nexure-8 and back] both sides black colour consistng of 1-97 leaves with machined four digit number. Book side binding with stapled. Paper size A4 and paper weight 90 gsm. Each book containing 212 pages (Except cover). Cover page paper weight should be 250 gsm and colour should be grass green. (Sample approval to be obtained before bulk supply). * For ELS/VSKP only : ELS/VSKP Qty. = White cover page ( qty 200 nos). + Grass green c over page rest qty [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
