Supplying, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Testing and welding with studs etc. of normal head/round shear studs, shear connectors of 25 mm dia. And 200 mm length confirming to IS: 3935-66, as per specification of drawings no. RDSO/ B-11754-R2, B-11754-1R2, B- 11754-2R2, B-11754-3R2, B-11754-4R2, B-11754-5R2, B-11754-6 & similar drawings approved by Railway along with ferrules on top flange of girder, to be fabricated at Engineering Workshop, CONCOR, Kaligam, Sabarmati, Western Railway, as per direction/approval of Engineer-in-charge.
(NS-1) Supplying, Manufacturing, Fabrication Testing and welding with studs etc. of normal head/round shear studs, shear connectors of 25 mm dia. And 200 mm length confirming to IS: 3935-66, as per specification of drawings no. RDSO/ B-11754-R2, B-11754-1R2, B-11754-2R2, B-11754-3R2, B-11754-4R2, B- 11754-5R2, B-11754-6 & similar drawings approved by Railway along with ferrules on top flange of girder for deck slab as per the direction/approval of Engineer-in charge in case shear connectors/studs of other sizes are required, then payment/recovery on prorata basis work shall be made. The rate is inclusive of all taxes including GST, transportation, lead, lift, wastage etc. complete in all respect. Nothing extra shall be payable other than the rate quoted. Site facilities shall be provided by the Railway in the premises of Engineering workshop CONCOR Kaligam Sabarmati Western Railway. Electricity or power required for stud welding will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost (By his own resources) with any extra facility viz., wires, plugs, fuse, switch, socket, voltage stepping up arrangement, etc.
