The work consists of Requirement Analysis, preparing FRS & SRS, Design, Development, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of web based IR-4DBrIM Application, validation of developed IR-4DBrIM Application & its Integration with existing web Applications. The detailed scope of work as well as phases of work with delivery timelines are given in Annexure-A.
Supply, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of Enterprise GIS Platform System-Softwar e along with other essentially required software components licenses for hosting of IR-4DBrIM Application on priv ate/public cloud infrastructure for production environment. Note: a) Enterprise GIS Platform should be a COTS b ased platform; platform must adhere to perpetual license policy. b) Enterprise GIS Platform should include all req uired extensions of COTS based platform. c) Vendor/firm should preferably employ Cloud Native Software/ Data bases. d) Vendor has to specify the number of licenses of all the supplied software licenses (CPU Cores based on 100 concurrent users), with his offer. The usage of software licenses will be verified by CRIS by using any Lic ense Metric Tool on production servers. e) At the time of migration of IR-4DBrIM application to CRIS private clou d, the platform system-software licenses must be migrated on CRIS private cloud as per the technical requireme nts.
