To carry out "Plant Safety Audit" in CLW Locoshop, Chittaranjan in compliance with The Factories Act, 1948 and The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958 as well as relevant Indian Standard IS:14489(Latest) to identify the Hazard exist in the Factory (Loco shop) premises and their subsequent elimination.
To carry out "Plant Safety Audit" in CLW Locoshop, Chittaranjan in compliance with The Factories Act, 1948 and The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958 as well as relevant Indian Standard IS:14489(Latest) to identify the Hazard exist in the Factory (Loco shop) premises and their subsequent elimination. The work comprising of 4 stages. a) Plant visit (Total 21 Nos. production shops & store godowns) b) Verify & Checking all documents, c) Meeting with Management/ Engineer/ Labour to satiate the queries to raise by you. d) Submission of analysis report duly mentioning the rectification as well as measures to be taken on completion. e) The Analysis report of the audit duly signed by competent authority should be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of completion of the audit. f) The report should be submitted in 03 (Three) hard copies and 01 (one) soft copy.
