Tunnel Design Consultancy for providing Detailed Working Designs based on the preliminary approved drawings and site Supervision during the construction of 2900 M Tunnel No. 01 including approaches in the Kalamb-Talegaon section in connection with the Wardha- Nanded via Yavatmal New BG Line Project.
Preparation of Final design and drawings for Tunnels, cut & covers and similar structures including modifying the design and drawing during the construction phase with NATM approach, construction methodology with specific reference to the schedule of completion of the tunnel, design and all associated works required to complete the Tunnel in all respects, which shall include the following but not limited to (a) Tunnel including portals & slopes, it's drainage & allied civil works; (b) Compatibility of Design for Railway Electrification (c) Tunnel ventilation system (d) fire detection and suppression system for the tunnel (e) Tunnel illumination; (f) Communication system for emergencies and maintenance; (g) Evacuation scheme in case of emergencies; (h) Surveillance system; (i) Environmental Impact Assessment; (j) Methodology, Number of fronts, Adits; (k) Disposal of muck accrued from tunnel excavation; (l) List of equipment's to be deployed by Tunneling contractor; (m) Compatibility for provision of Signaling and telecom arrangements Note: (n) (i) The design of tunnels shall be governed by the relevant codes standards & prevailing best practices nationally/ internationally. (ii) Payment for this item shall be made in stages based on deliverables as given in schedule of payments mentioned under terms of reference.
