Country:   India  Description of the Assignment: Consultant- Technical Expert, Recovery UNDP India aims to support the Government of India in establishing the NRRC within the NDMA and in coordinating the consultations and technical meetings towards devising its strategy on Loss and Damage. In this backdrop, UNDP India seeks to hire a technical expert to support the NDMA in organizing technical consultations with the stakeholders, coordinating meetings with the various stakeholders, coordinating with the line ministries, develop TORs etc.  Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  09 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Pleaseindicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
