BOQ Item Description: Deployment of Unskilled Workmen daily as and when required for regular maintenance of lawns, ornamental plants and hedge plants, including uprooting of unwanted grass weeds and preparation of soil, trimming lawns by lawn mower, including cutting, dressing and sticking supports if needed in hedge and ornamental plants. All materials will be supplied by UCIL free of cost but tools, tackles and lawn mower to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.
Note - Minimum Twelve 12 nos. labours to be supplied regularly for lawn maintenance works and One 1 no. labour for maintenance of seasonal flowers of selected varieties as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
