UV Web offset Special Copper Brown Colour Ink compatible to print on 130 GSM WHITE BOND P APER (MAP LITHO). 1) UV ink should be compatible to use with Rotatek perfect NT high speed web offset printi ng machine having capacity to run at maximum mechanical speed of 300 meters per minute (28000 impressions per hour) 2) UV ink should be suitable to use with substrates of coated, uncoated and thermal papers upto 130 g sm. 3) UV ink should be compatible to dry / cure at the speed of 300 meters per minute with GEW UV system la mps of E2C 55 cm in 9 numbers of each 8KW lamps (each lamp of Maximum 160W/cm for 48.3 CM paper widt h) installed one lamp each after every offset printing unit. 4) Shelf life of the ink must be 12 months from the date of manufacture and supplied ink should have minimum 6 months shelf life to expire from the date of receipt. 5) U V ink should be compatible to use with EPDM rollers. 6) The UV ink should have a least odour only.
