The wire shall be tested in accordance with the relevant test details in IS: 13730 part -34 by the firm and cop y of the test report duly signed under company seal to be send along with the supply. After receipt of wire, consig nee will make the random sampling of copper wire and the same will be Tested at Government approved laborat ory.The test charges to borne by the supplier in case of rejection. If wire is passed, Railways will bear the test ch arges. If the ordered quantity is less than 350 Kgs testing at Government approved laboratory is waived. Howeve r self inspection test report should accompany the supply. If the wire is pre- inspected by RITES/RDSO, testing a t Government approved laboratory is waived.
