Zone No. 3 (General zone) under AEN/HQ/HWH, PE 30.06.2025 [Jurisdiction - All Civil engineering works : All staff Quarters and service buildings covering the area of Orthopaedic Hospital, Colvin Court, Telkal ghat, Height mansion, Church Road, Cambridge Terrace, Officers Club, BRI office & Godowns, RPSF barrack/ Dog shelter, Sick line, track machine office & shed, Rail Sadan complex (DRM Residence complex & lawn area), Construction office, Signal office etc. all civil Engineering works, road, drain, pipe lines within the above jurisdiction under AEN/HQ/HWH.
- -Schedule items covered under all chapters of CPWD- DSR -2021 Which includes (i) New works addition & alterations to existing structures, special repair works and supply of building materials subject to the contract value of each work order for such work not exceeding Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees five lakhs) (ii) All ordinary repairs and maintenance works and (iii) Conveyance of materials e.g. bricks, lime, sand etc. which are likely to be required in a zone during the year.Note:- Distribution of the proportion of cost will be as under: General civil works: 70% of overall basic cost. Wood works:10% of overall basic cost. Sanitary works: 20% of overall basic cost. The above distribution of cost may be varied with the approval of DEN/Sr. DEN within the overall cost of the Zonal Contract.
