Institute, etc. and all service buildings covering the area of Howrah General Store, Signal workshop, Printing Press, 2.5 MGD water treatment plant, raw water intake point, Lorry Garage, road, drain, pipe lines works within the above jurisdiction under AEN/HQ/HWH.= Rs. 83, 00, 000.00] (ii) All the service buildings, within the jurisdiction of Tikiapara coaching depot., Jheel siding coaching Depot., EMU carshed, Laundry, fly over line etc. including the yard upto Chandmari Bridge. Wood, road, drain, pipe lines, bridges works within the above jurisdiction under AEN/HQ/HWH. (Tikiapara Carshed-25 Lakh, EMU Carshedd-25 Lakh, Jheel Siding& yard =22 Lakh) Total 72, 00, 000.00
- Schedule items covered under all chapters of CPWD- DSR -2021 which includes (i) New works addition & alterations to existing structures, special repair works and supply of building materials subject to the contract value of each such work not exceeding Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees five lakhs) (ii) All ordinary repairs and maintenance works and (iii) Conveyance of materials e.g. bricks, lime, sand etc. which are likely to be required in a zone during the year Note:- Distribution of the proportion of cost will be as under: General civil works: 70% of overall basic cost. Wood works:10% of overall basic cost. Water Supply & Sanitary works: 20% of overall basic cost. The above distribution of cost may be varied with the approval of DEN/Sr. DEN within the overall cost of the Zonal Contract.
